The Rush CW460 is almost there, patiently awaiting an SVA retest to resolve some minor issues. In the meantime I find myself twiddling my thumbs and not being able to get behind the wheel. Consequently, my driving impressions and the accompanying action photography will have to wait. In the interim, however, I have more than enough ‘spannering’ material to keep those of you following this series entertained.

Step 1: First mark out the 1mm thick foam

 

Step 2: Cut out the foam

 

Step 3: Using double sided tape to attach the foam

Step 5: After cutting out the leather cloth, apply glue to the reverse side of the panel

 

Step 6: Folding over the leather cloth around trim panels edges
